Must have photo ID to be Pierced.

Earlobe Piercings start at 12 years old.

Outter rim Cartilage Piercings start at age 13.

Piercings for minors 12 and older will need photo ID for the parent and the minor. School ID, Sheriffs ID, Child Safety Card, yearbook photo, or Power School. Also needed is the minors Birth Certificate. Parent will need one of the following: Drivers License, Sheriffs ID, or State issued ID.

If someone besides the parents (on the birth certificate) are having the minor pierced, proof of guardianship or custody paperwork is required.

Not Social Security Cards, Not FaceBook, Not Insurance Cards, or the like cannot be accepted. 

3 total pieces of ID.

2 photos and a birth certificate.

Must Be Over 18 For Nipple and Genital Piercings.

Parental Consent doesn't change the age requirements.
